Established and activated an enterprise-wide system supported by more than 25 brand standards, a proprietary type family, a unique 170 plus icon library, and multisensory guidelines, all adopted across a 270,000 person organization. Helped drive a 15 percent lift in customer trust and supported a 98 percent stock gain during the transformation period.
Gap Inc. Enterprise Branding and Marketing
Directed creative for enterprise marketing, culture programs, and executive communication, and shaped visual systems that created clarity and consistency across internal audiences and external brand touchpoints. Increased intranet engagement by approximately 80 percent and delivered digital annual report experiences with around 30 percent year over year engagement growth.
